Verdant Business Sales originated in 1986 through the formation of Scan Industrial, a large industrial and commercial practice operating in Brisbane. More recently our business has been known as Scan Business Brokers.

Being members of the industry leader and representative, the REIQ, we are responsible for conducting business in a manner that will uphold and enhance the reputation of our profession. As such, we must abide by the REIQ Standards of Business Practice.

Business Broking is essentially a people function and the overall quality of the transaction is very much dependant on the quality of the broker who provides advice and guidance to the vendor and the purchaser. All of Verdant Business Sales Brokers are fully qualified Real Estate Agents and possess many years practical experience, both in business broking but also in business.
